Nice hotel but bed very poor
Staff friendly and welcoming. Meal delicious.
My mattress and divan was in a collapsed state. My feet were higher than my body and it was leaning towards the middle. The maid must have been aware of this when the bed was made before my arrival. Will not stay here again.

It was good enough for the price
The place was clean, the lady receptionist was very friendly and supportive.
The whole place needs an upgrade, the paint on window ledge was completely flaking. The window flew open with the wind and rain, I had to get receptionist to come and lock it with an Aran key????

Good price but you get what you pay for (not sure it's good value, though)
The room was on the railway side of the hotel and the windows weren't good at keeping the noise out - trains stopped running at about 11.30 and started again at about 5am - not a great night's sleep. I also received many emails prior to the booking about 'pre check-in'. They serve no purpose whatsoever as was told the answers given in these pre-check in questionnaires don't link to the hotel's system - it's therefore pointless sending them out before arrival!! I also send in lots of feedback but receive no response as to whether anything is done about the questions I raise - is it therefore pointless completing these as well??
